| Planetary Conjunction |

During evening twilight of 23rd March, 2004, several naked eye planets were visible, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter. This particular evening involved a 3 day old crescent moon. Unfortunatly I could not fit Saturn or Jupiter into the frame, so this picture shows (from the very bottom, upwards, Mercury, the Moon, Venus, Mars and Aldebaran. |

| Camera/Exposure: | OM1 - approx 16 seconds on E200 slide film |
| Processing: | Scanned with a Minolta D'Image Scan Dual II and Vuescan software |
| Notes: | 10 minutes prior to taking picture it was raining very heavy. In case you need it pointing out, Mercury is two thirds along the bottom of the picture from the right in the small gap in clouds. |
