| The Veil Nebula |
| The Veil Nebula is a supernova remnant in the constellation of Cygnus (also known as the Cygnus Loop). It comprises objects NGC6992/6995 (the brightest portion at lower right), NGC6960 (the Witch's Broom) at upper left with the bright star 52 Cygni. Lower centre left is is designated Simeiss 3-188 (Pickering's Triangular Wisp). Bottom left of centre is nebulosity designated as NGC6974/6979 |

| Notes: | I was intending to add high resolution Ha frames to this image but the British weather scuppered the project halfway through (I have 12 hours of Ha data, and will attempt to finish this project Summer 2005) |
